$449 reflects rate for event location within Brooklyn/Queens/Bronx.
$499 reflects rate for event location within Staten Island.
$599 reflects rate for event location within Hudson Valley, Long Island [Nassau & Suffolk counties], Northern New Jersey, Southern Connecticut.
