Please allow up to 28 business days to receive the final sponsored in-feed video/reel preview link, which we will schedule to share with you 24 hours before the content is posted, providing you with the opportunity to flag any part of the content that may be misleading or pose a risk to your business, employees, or customers.
📢 Pricing Explained
✔️ $149-$199 reflects rate for an eligible beauty & wellness small business operating from a single location in Hell’s Kitchen, NYC—as a brick-and-mortar storefront, with 1–49 total employees during peak season. [i.e., salon, barbershop, spa, med spa etc.] This price includes a set $20 gratuity to be paid directly to selected employee for their services. Additionally, the selected employee will be compensated in the amount of $24.50 by us for agreeing to use their name, likeness, and influence within content. Business owners are responsible and expected to pay selected employee normal hourly rate/payout for cost of service.
Business address must be between the north side of 34th to the south side of 59th Street, and the west side of 8th Avenue to Hudson River; businesses located in Hell’s Kitchen, NYC, that do not include a neighboring Manhattan neighborhood in its name/description. i.e., “Times Square Pizza,” “The Hotel of Hudson Yards,” etc. If you are a business outside of these parameters, there still may be other opportunities available to you. 📢 Deliverables Explained
✨ Pre-vetted coached creator/influencer have a minimum network size of 1,000-10,000+ followers, with optimized social media channel[s], content, and engagement
✨ [One] 30-60-second “quad collab” spotlight sponsored in-feed video/reel through an Instagram collaboration between your business, HKNYC, the creator, and featured employee. Video content will include voice-over + on-screen captions, visible face and/or business product/service, royalty-free music, smooth transitions, color correction, SEO post copy, “Hell’s Kitchen NYC” location geotag, edited cover photo and paid-partnership tag, with FTC rules & guidelines met. HKNYC’s Content Creator Quad Collab was created specifically for businesses in the beauty & wellness category to ensure the featured employee is being compensated and recognized for their skills and talents.
✨ [One] category related in-feed carousel featuring your business may include but not limited to best of lists, I love HKNYC community compilations, event announcements, and more. Details of category and post type determined by HKNYC team to ensure it complements overall content strategy and variety, while providing value and relevance to your business.
✨ 30 days of guaranteed Instagram engagement to help with reachby assigned creator/influence may include likes, comments, shares, and/or reposts on your in-feed @hellskitchennyc-tagged posts made during the time of an active partnership
✨ Perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free digital usage rights [excluding tv & print], on sponsored video/reel deliverable
📢 HKNYC Business Member Responsibilities
🤝 Upon purchase, HKNYC Business agrees to provide complimentary signature experience for content capture: spa/salon/barbershop to provide signature agrred-upon service/treatment for one [1]. [i.e., hair cut/color/blow out, facial/body treatment etc.]
